Nissan Frontier Pickup With Cummins Diesel Engine At 2014 Chicago Auto Show

Since long Nissan has been recording strong sales in the mid-size pickup segment which has motivated it to come up with another diesel pick-up. At the 2014 Chicago Auto Show, Nissan has unveiled the 2014 Frontier pickup in a new version. Dubbed the Nissan Frontier Diesel Runner, the mid-size truck has been developed in partnership with Cummins. Powering the vehicle is a Cummins developed 2.8-liter 4 cylinder diesel engine that is capable of delivering strong performance figures while remaining compliant with future emissions standards.

The 2.8 liter heart puts out close to 200 hp and 350 lb-ft of peak torque, expressing a 35 percent improvement in fuel efficiency over a V6 equipped 2014 Frontier. The 2014 Nissan Frontier Diesel Runner is available in a two wheel drive configuration and equips a ZF 8HP70 8 speed automatic transmission. All-New Ford F-150 Pickup Revealed At Detroit Motor Show

The North American International Auto Show has always been a great platform for launching new products and keeping that in mind, Ford has announced the all new F-150 pickup at the exhibition. The 2015 F-150 is not big on looks but comes with a range of new features one cannot overlook. In brief, the new F-150 gets an all-new high-strength steel frame, high-strength aluminum-alloy body and the Baja 1000 proven 2.7-liter EcoBoost engine. On the features part, the list gets 11 new features including 360-degree camera view, integrated loading ramps stowed in the pickup bed, 400-watt power outlets inside the cab, LED headlights and sideview mirror spotlights, and remote tailgate release.

According to Ford, the new F-150 is the strongest and most durable F-150 ever. Before the truck is put on sale, which is expected to happen later this year, Ford will torture-test the F-150 and even hand it over

2015 Chevrolet Colorado Announced–Details Inside

Today, Chevrolet has announced the all new 2015 Chevrolet Colorado which is claimed to be a remarkable step ahead in the mid-sized truck segment. Chevrolet says the 2015 Colorado will real truck capability and versatility to customers who do not require a full-size truck. The new Colorado has the blood of  a true Chevy truck and is expected to deliver class-leading performance.
