2015 Mini Countryman Debuts At 2014 New York International Auto Show

Mini has unveiled the 2015 Mini Countryman which debuts at the 84th New York International Auto Show. With the first Countryman model coming four years ago that gave birth to a new model range, the 2015 Countryman is just a mild update over the outgoing version. On the exterior a number of small tweaks have been adopted. The hexagonal radiator grille has been revised and adds a rib in chrome on the MINI Cooper S and MINI Cooper SD Countryman, a red radiator grille rib with John Cooper Works logo for the MINI John Cooper Works Countryman, a pair of black-finished ribs for One and One D Countryman, and matte silver ribs for Cooper and Cooper D Countryman.

The Cooper S and John Cooper Works models now come with standard LED fog lamps, lighter 17 inch alloy wheels and parking and driving lights. Mini has expanded the exterior paint choices



MINI Unveils All-New Cooper T-World’s First Vehicle To Use Tea-Leaf Biofuel

Enhancing the lineup with an interestingly eco-friendly model, MINI has unveiled the all new MINI Cooper T. The New Cooper T is the first vehicle in the world to be powered by tea-leaf biofuel composite. On a single cup of fuel, the new MINI Cooper T is capable of covering up to 64 kilometers or 40 miles. The same is available in a variety of colors including Red Bush, Chamomile Yellow and Earl Grey, and comes loaded with all the standard features as available on other MINI models. The list of features include ABS, DSC, VVT, Dunk Avoidance Technology (DAT) and more.

The new DAT system used on the car is a filtration system that will stop passersby from dipping their snacks into Cooper T’s fuel tank. Talking about the new Cooper T, Dr. Ivana Kupp, head of Cooper T engineering said, “This particular project has been brewing for years.

All New MINI Hatch To Start From £13,750 In UK

MINI has introduced the all new MINI Hatch range in the UK. The globally identifiable design of the MINI has been significantly enhanced by improving the overall quality and adding more features. The new MINI Hatch range also debuts new 3-cylinder engines, new driver assistance equipment and a new LED central display. Proportion wise the new MINI is 3,821 mm in length, 1,727 mm in width, 1,414 mm in height and has a 28 mm longer wheelbase than its predecessor. The front and rear track width has been increased by 34 mm and 42 mm respectively.

MINI has retained the traditional design cues such as the circular headlights, front and rear wheel arches, black lower body edging and others. MINI Clubman Concept To Be Unveiled At Geneva Motor Show

At the 2014 Geneva Motor Show, MINI is going to unveil its latest concept car. Named MINI Clubman Concept, the car is 26 centimeters longer and 17 centimeters wider than the currently available MINI Clubman. The concept car as just as radical looking as you can expect, while carrying most of the familiar MINI elements. The Clubman concept is a four door, five seater vehicle which would aim at supporting the active lifestyle of urban consumers. Design wise it is very much familiar, thanks to the hexagonal radiator grille, Side Scuttles, short overhangs, the Black Band and elliptical front and rear headlights.

Proportion wise, the concept is 4223 mm in length, 1844 mm in width and 1450 mm in height. Externally, the design of the Clubman Concept is very appealing and features a range of elements which not only look good but have a function too. The highlights include black

Not long ago, MINI unveiled the 2014 lineup including the all new MINI Cooper.
