Fiat is going to unveil the 2014 Fiat 500 at the 84th International Motor Show which starts in Geneva tomorrow. The new Fiat 500 has been improved both in terms styling and technological features, and the most important introduction is a new, segment-first, 7 inch TFT digital instrument panel. Developed in collaboration with Magnetti Marelli, the display provides all the information relevant about various features of the car. While the earlier versions came fitted with analogue dials, the TFT display is a major step up yet it seems extremely familiar to the previous layout.

The center of the screen, which displays the car by default, can be configured to display distance travelled, fuel consumption, etc. The same screen also warns the driver in case of low fuel, open doors etc. Apart from the all new screen, another important addition is the new TwinAir engine.
