After a long wait, Audi has finally announced the 2015 Audi A3 sedan for the US market. The premium sedan is claimed to set new standards in the entry level category with a host of convenience features including a segment-first on-board 4G LTE data connection. Starting with the A3 sedan as of now, Audi has confirmed that the remaining lineup, which includes A3 TDI clean diesel, A3 Cabriolet, A3 e-tron PHEV and S3, will be rolled out in the next 16 months. For the North American market, Audi will offer the A3 sedan with two powertrain options: 1.8 TFSI and 2.0 TFSI.

The 1.8 liter engine produces a decent 170 hp while the 2.0 liter petrol heart develops a more punchy 220 hp. As far as the standard features are concerned, the A3 sedan will come with signature Singleframe grille, leather seating surfaces, super-thin retractable MMI display and more. Other
