Kia Motors America (KMA) has unveiled the company’s latest concept car at the 2014 North American International Auto Show. Dubbed the GT4 Stinger, the concept gives a new direction to Kia’s design language and has been designed by the company’s California team which proved itself in 2012 with the Track’ster concept. Beneath that beautiful design of the GT4 Stinger lies a tuned version of Kia’s proven 2.0-liter turbocharged gasoline direct injected (T-GDI) four-cylinder engine that produces 315 hp at max.

All those horses are then fed to the close-ratio six-speed manual transmission that further transmits the power to the ground via rear wheels. The car rolls on custom 20-inch aluminum center-lock wheels featuring carbon fiber inserts, and wrapped in 275/35R-20 Pirelli P-Zero performance tires out back and 235/35R-20 Pirelli P-Zeros at front. Housed by the rims is a set of Brembo Gran Turismo two-piece 15-inch cross-drilled rotors and four-piston calipers
