For those of you planning to buy a new mid-sized sedan a great news comes in the form of the 2014 C-Class. Yes, Mercedes Benz has revealed the all new C-Class which, as per the German major, promises to set new standards in its class once it gets officially launched in the first quarter of 2014. One of the most important changes is that the all new C-Class is larger yet lighter than its predecessor, and a major contribution to that comes from its new aluminium-steel hybrid body. The new sedan, at 4686 mm, is 95mm longer than before, with an additional 80 mm going in for the wheelbase, and is up to 100 kg lighter.

And with a width of 1810mm, the new C-Class is 40 mm wider as well. “Mercedes at its best – that’s the new C-Class, which sets new standards for the mid-range segment on many
