Today, Mercedes-Benz has launched the all new member of its SL-Class family, the SL400 Sport. The SL400 Sport has not been launched as a separate model but replaces the entry level SL350. In brief, the SL400 Sport is 27 hp more powerful, offers 110 Nm of more torque and is even quicker than the outgoing entry-level SL model. Powering the SL400 is an all new 6-cylinder, 2996 cc engine that equips two turbochargers to produce a lovely 333 hp of max power and peak torque of 480 Nm. Despite being half a liter smaller than the currently available unit, the new engine offers a 0 to 62 mph sprint time of 5.2 seconds.

The engine is completely compliant with EU6 emissions. Features wise, the new entry level replacement model is thoroughly loaded including 19-inch AMG 5-spoke alloy wheels, AMG aprons at front and rear, AMG side skirting, body colored boot
