At the next month’s Geneva International Motor Show, Audi is going to take the wraps off its latest creation, the next generation Audi TT. Yes, it is going to be a completely new iteration of the car which made its debut back in 1998. Just recently, Audi has released the official sketches of the 2015 Audi TT, but the official car would be unveiled in Geneva.
What we can collect from the sketches, the new Audi TT will boast a completely redesigned front end featuring a broader and flatter single frame grille, two contours forming a V-pattern on the bonnet, R8-like badge positioning, large air inlets divided by struts, divided headlights with integrated LED daytime running lights and more. Audi will also offer all LED headlights or Matrix LED technology headlights should the customer wishes to pay for it.
Other external highlights include wide wheel arches, sill contour, a tornado line starting from the front and going up to the rear, reshaped C-pillar, stylish rear featuring horizontal lines, tail lights with struts, a third brake light, dual round exhaust tailpipes for the standard models while four tailpipes on the TTS.
Moving on to the inside, the cabin is extremely sporty and enhances the character of the new Audi TT. Customers will get matching shapes on centre console and door trims, round turbine-like air vents, aircraft wing inspired dashboard, Audi virtual cockpit replacing the MMI monitor, and a host of technological features that no one would overlook.
Once the car is officially unveiled at the Geneva Motor Show, more details will emerge.
