The entry premium car market is booming like anything and Audi is extremely focused on the same. A couple of months back Audi introduced the A3 sedan and the it was well received and it motivated Audi to do even more. Today, the German automaker has announced the pricing of its all new 2015 A3 sedan which seems really promising owing to a list of standard features that includes panoramic glass sunroof, leather seating surfaces, and bi-xenon headlights.
“The Audi A3 sedan raises the bar in this premium compact segment” said Scott Keogh, President, Audi of America. “It will add to our momentum in the U.S. marketplace by bringing a new level of technology, craftsmanship and performance to the market.”
The A3 family will play a really important role in strengthening the brands roots in the global market. In 2014, the A3 sedan will be joined by the A3 Cabriolet, A3 TDI clean diesel, the high-performance S3 sedan and in early 2015, the A3 Sportback e-tron® gasoline electric hybrid (PHEV). Audi has considered features along with high end technology as the base for the A3 which is why it comes with standard features such as Audi signature LED DRLs and taillights, Bluetooth® technology, Audi pre sense® basic and a panoramic glass sunroof.
Also the A3 is the first of its segment to comes packed with features like MMI® technology, Audi drive select, 4G LTE connectivity and Bang & Olufsen® audio. Additionally the A3 features leather seating surfaces and exceptional ergonomics. The A3 will come with a variety of powertrains including a 1.8 TFSI, 2.0 TFSI, 2.0 TDI clean diesel, and a high-output 2.0 TFSI offered in the S3. Along with a range of efficient engines, the A3 model line will feature a standard 6-speed S tronic transmission and the legendary Audi quattro all-wheel drive.
The 2015 A3 sedan base model starts from $29,900.
